WARRANTY POLICY

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
deadspinsports provides a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery for all products purchased directly from deadspinsports. This warranty covers items that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or arrive damaged, unless otherwise stated.

All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted for products that are faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

Important Notes:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Returns without prior authorization will not be processed or returned to the sender.

• All returned items must be in their original packaging, with no missing parts, labels, or stickers.

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by lightning strikes, power surges, or physical mishandling after delivery.

If a returned item is approved, it will be repaired or replaced. If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

All shipments from deadspinsports are fully insured. In the rare event of loss or damage during shipping, we will provide a free replacement. If replacements are unavailable, a refund will be processed. We may request a photo of the damage for verification.

Please note: No TV channels, subscriptions, or audio/video content are included with the purchase of deadspinsports products.
